Working with Bilha and her team at Webtec was a positive experience overall. From the start, she took the time to understand our business, our audience, and what we needed the site to accomplish. The team produced clean, professional work and stayed open to feedback throughout the project. There were a few points where communication or follow‑through wasn’t as consistent as we expected, which led to some delays and extra clarification. These issues weren’t major, but they did affect the overall workflow and are the main reason for a 4‑star rating instead of 5. Even with those gaps, the team remained collaborative, and the final product met our needs. I’d recommend Bilha and her team to business owners looking for a capable web design partner, with the note that more consistent communication would make the experience even stronger.

Webtec approached us in 2023 asking to resign our website. I was a little apprehensive at first, but knew it was time for a redesign, they show me a mockup of what my website could look like and I was impressed, the mock up was sleek and fresh so I went for it. Cornel and the team was so patient with me during the process. I also love that I have the freedom to make edits on my website myself. Before setting off on the journey to upgrade our website I investigated several companies and got great advice about focussing on my goals for the business and then choosing a web design company that can help me achieve those goals. When all said it is a major investment risk so be as certain as possible on the developer. I went with Webtec after several discussions and assurances and I am glad I made that decision. They gave a schedule and opened communication links where I could control input and make changes easily. The project manager was excellent and any request was acted upon with no delays. I think one big fear factor is communication and action delays and there were none! I am not computer literate so being able to ask questions and get the support needed was a great assurance for the overall project and now the web site is up and running I am more than pleased with the outcome. I think the best way of assessing if this project has been a success is to ask yourself would I do it in the same way again? Yes. Thank you Webtec
